The Exchange Fall 2026 Cohort Application

The Exchange is the step-by-step program to improving ANY cafe business, in the most effective order. 22 weekly group sessions and 8 one-on-ones with Erica, known cafe-expert and former cafe owner.
We meet virtually Thursdays, 3pm-4:30pm PST. Intro Night is October 22. Coaching Sessions can be scheduled anytime pending availability. We will break for Thanksgiving and the holidays and wrap up June 3.
Every session is recorded so if you miss, it's okay. This group is going to give you the encouragement and accountability to get your sh*t together, all run by people who understand how chaotic it can all be.
$500/month for 7 months ($3500) · or $3,000 paid in full
